We provide handyman services for projects on a time and materials basis as needed. To help keep our prices low, we have a four-hour minimum. If you are like most homeowners, it is easy to find four hours' worth of things that you would like or need done.

For small projects which you can describe clearly and send to us by fax or in an email, we can usually provide you with a free over-the-phone "ballpark" estimate. If you require an estimator to come to your home to look at a small project (less than $3000) that you would like estimated, we charge $95. If the project is estimated over $3,000 and you have us do the work, we will credit the $95 estimating fee towards your payment for the work. In either case, the final charge will be based on actual time and materials required.
